The Game

A team consists of four (4) players on court at any one time, including the goal keeper.

All teams are permitted a maximum of four (4) substitute players.

The duration of the game is 2×15 minute halves with a 5 minute break at half time.

The team with the highest number of goals scored wins.

A player is not permitted to enter the goalkeeper's area or play the ball if inside the goalkeeper's area.

Players can not tackle an opponent from behind or from the side.

A player's leg can not be lifted above hip height when attempting to kick a ball, regardless of whether a player is standing near them or not.

An intentional handball will result in a penalty shot regardless of where the infringement took place.

The game will not commence unless the game fee has been paid in full and there are at least three players present from each team.

All rules shall be interpreted by the Referee in accordance with the official 4+ Soccer Rule Book and in keeping with "THE SPIRIT OF THE GAME". This standard shall override all rules and total discretionary power shall be left with the Referee for his decision after taking "THE SPIRIT OF THE GAME" into account.
